www.passioncamp2024.com
As we begin this adventure together, please reach out with questions you may have and attend one of our PASSION PARENT PREVIEW MEETINGS for even more details.

STEP 2: CONFIRM YOUR $100 DONATION As you can tell from the cost on Passion Camp’s official website, the actual cost for this event is $209. Our ministry will gladly infest half the cost of the event PLUS food and housing from our annual budget for a life-changing event like this for your teen, but we require $100 as a partnership between us from each student participant (either through their volunteer hours at our fundraising events or with a direct donation) since our congregation is generously offering the additional fees. ________________________
STEP 3: READ OUR RULES for the ROAD below
A week together requires MORE of teens than the two hours they may spend with us on a Wednesday.
There are NO exceptions to our Rules for the Road (boundaries for behavior), we will gladly reimburse your $100 deposit and return your child to your care rather than put our volunteer leaders or ministry at risk.

STEP 4: JOIN our SUPPORT team

PASSION CAMP RULES FOR THE ROAD
Rules for the Road IF your teen is at risk of breaking these rules- talk to them NOW
No Dating: You are going to fall in love, just not on this trip! **While there are always new faces, our eyes are on Jesus not a night life.
Rule of three: students are to remain in groups of three once they leave our host site
No Drama: The attention should be on Jesus, not you!
**Teens are expect to respect every single other person with their words and actions The are required to be able to be self-directed and well-behaved.
- Walking away from the group and having to be chased down - Have to have exceptional attention in order to due mundane tasks - Staying up late at night keeping others awake and falling asleep during the ministry sessions - Insulting other students
None of these will be permitted during our week together.
No Exceptions There will be 6,000 students and leaders at this event. Safety and personal responsibility will always triumph over the invdividual We make the call on behavior, you call mom and dad to talk about what you’ve done.
- Arguing with an adult about the boundaries that are set - Refusing to do what the rest of group is doing - Repeating poor behavior without expecting a response
*these are just some the joys of parenting at teen (trust us, we’re praying for you) BUT we are NOT parents, therefore there are NO special circumstances that give exceptions to the rules above.
Our Response
Students will receive a verbal warning only ONCE.
Repeating the same behavior will result in a THEM calling YOU.
Any final repetition beyond that point will be a call requiring you to come and pick them up.
